Description

This extremely elastic and flexible Gommogaurd Antifouling paint is formulated for use on inflatable boat tubes and is effective for the duration of the boating season. This antifoul product is also suitable for use on rigid keels.

If your RIB or SIB tubes spend a lot of time sat in the water, this product will help prevent the tubes fouling up.

  • Choose from 3 colours: black, grey and white
  • Suitable for use on PVC, hypalon, neoprene, rubber or other types of rubber
  • Coverage is 6-7sqm per litre (4.5-5.25sqm per 750ml tin)
  • No need for a primer - apply directly to the boat fabric
  • No need for thinners - apply direct from the tin
  • Easy to apply - brush on 2 coats 
  • Recoatable after 6hours
  • No need to smooth, sand or wash after application
  • Resistant to corrosive agents that can typically be found in sea water
The manufacturers, Brava, recommend that "rubber must first be thoroughly cleaned with GOMMOSTRIP to eliminate grease and salt that may be
present on the fabric, and it must also be wet-sanded with fine grain sandpaper."
