Replacement dinghy and inflatable oar lock collar, with 25mm long x 12mm diameter metal retaining pin.

The locking/scalloped section of the shaft is 3mm up from the base of the shaft and the locking reccess/scallop in the shaft is 5mm wide.

Fits aluminium oars with 35mm diameter shaft.
